May 16, 2023 

Members kicked off the week downtown, stepping out of office for a private, guided tour of the new Warhol exhibition at The Brant Foundation. The collection—named for the eponymous artwork comprising 30 screen printed copies of Da Vinci’s Mona Lisa — covers Warhol’s entire career, a gripping showcase of his iconic visual language and singular approach to reflecting and interpreting culture. The exhibition is on through July 30th, at The Brant Foundation in the East Village—highly recommend.

May 16, 2023 

Creature World artist and founder Danny Cole joined multidisciplinary designer, creative technologist, and artist, Tabitha Swanson, for a discussion on AI’s impact on artistic practices, and where creativity is headed from their perspective. After, Tabitha took to the decks in Gallery Bar, where members and guests enjoyed cocktails and banter through the night.

On night two we welcomed Artnet to the Spanish Steps for a live recording of their podcast, “The Art Angle.”  Designers Sebastian Errazuriz and Khyati Trehan joined artist Trevor Paglen and Artnet’s Sonia Manalili for a discussion on how advancing technology is affecting their respective fields. Afterwards, member and guests mingled in Gallery Bar over cocktails by Mortlach.

VESTIUM founder and NH member Ksenia Konovalova invited guests into a world of art and fashion through an immersive dinner and storytelling experience at NeueHouse Madison Square. During the interactive showcase, models brought VESTIUM mystery articles to life, including a limited-edition scarf featuring the work of legendary Japanese artist, Yoshitaka Amano. ​
