What are the amenities for members?
All Members enjoy access to NeueHouse’s Membership Directory, programming events, communal spaces, event spaces, conference rooms, member perks, food and beverage offerings, printing, WiFi, and access to non-local Houses after 5pm and on weekends.
Do you have space for larger teams?
Yes, NeueHouse has space for larger teams, pending availability.
What do I have access to with my membership?
Global | $2800 / year with a $250 joining fee
Allows global access to the communal spaces for four (4) business days per month with access to programming after 5 PM and on weekends. Salon Members may book conference rooms and attend cultural programming events. Minimum Term: 1 year Cancellation Notice: 30 days prior to annual renewal date.
GALLERY Madison Square | $800 / month Hollywood | $650 / month Bradbury | $595 / month Global Gallery | $800 / month Allows unlimited access to our Gallery floors and all communal work, social and event spaces. Gallery members may book conference rooms and attend all cultural events. Minimum Term: 90 days; Cancellation Notice: 30 days.
RESIDENT ATELIER Madison Square | $1,500 / month Hollywood | $1,250 / month Bradbury | $900 / month Resident Atelier desks are for individuals and teams needing dedicated desks with storage. Atelier members have access to all communal work and social spaces and may book conference rooms and attend all programming events. Minimum Term: 90 days; Cancellation Notice: 60 days.
STUDIO Madison Square | $4,350 / month Hollywood | $5,000 / month Bradbury | $3,600 / month Resident Studios are for individuals and teams needing walled offices. Studio members also have access to all communal work and social spaces and may book conference rooms and attend all programming events. Minimum Term: 90 days; Cancellation Notice: 90 days.
How many guests can I bring?
You are permitted two guests for three hours at any time during the day. Guests may not stay for consecutive three-hour periods, unless pre-authorized by the membership team. Conference room attendees may stay for the duration of the meeting.
Do you have Conference Rooms?
Our conference rooms come with Tech Support, Video Conferencing and Click-Share. Conference Rooms can be booked any time during operating hours via the Member portal.
MADISON SQUARE Conference room pricing is based on room size. Small Rooms | $45/hour Medium Rooms | $60/hour Large Rooms | $75/hour
HOLLYWOOD Conference room pricing is based on peak and off-peak hours. Mon–Fri from 9AM–5PM | $50/hour After 5PM & Weekends | $25/hour
Can I speak on the phone?
Members are able to make phone calls anywhere within our space.
Can I have phones on my desk?
Phones and phone lines are available upon request for Resident Studios only. Additional Fees apply.
Can I print?
All memberships include a $50 / month printing credit. This equals 500 b&w pages or 200 color pages. Should you extend your printing credit for the month, an overage charge will be incurred in the amount of $.25 per color page and $.10 per b&w page. Please note, printing credits do not roll over.
Can I receive mail?
All Gallery, Resident Atelier and Studio members can receive mail and use the NeueHouse address as your business address.
Do you have parking?
Yes, we have parking in Hollywood. - Daily Parking (with validation from our Front Desk) | $10/day - Monthly Parking | $175 / month per vehicle plus a $10 set up fee - Assigned Monthly Parking | $260/mo Please note, if you decide to cancel your monthly parking, we require notice by the 18th of the month prior to cancellation.
Can I bring my dog?
Studio and Atelier Members are permitted to bring one dog weighing 25 pounds or less into NeueHouse. Dogs must be well-groomed, house-trained and obedient. Dogs are prohibited from restrooms and designated food and beverage areas. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture and required to be on a leash at all times in The Gallery and communal areas. Guests are not permitted to bring dogs. All dogs must be registered in advance.
Can I access the other Houses?
All membership tiers have access to other house locations Monday-Friday after 5 PM, and anytime on weekends.
When can I start my membership?
We bring new members in on the 1st and the 15th of each month. However, billing for membership dues is on the 1st of every month. If you join on the 15th, your membership dues will be prorated for that month.
Can I change memberships if my needs change?
Yes. Please reference your membership agreement for all cancellation policies.
How do I cancel my membership?
SALON: Minimum Term: 1 year; Cancellation Notice: 30 days prior to annual renewal
GALLERY: Minimum Term: 90 days; Cancellation Notice: 30 days
ATELIER: Minimum Term: 90 days; Cancellation Notice: 60 days

Are there any additional fees when I sign-up?
We require a one-month deposit upon joining. We hold on to the deposit in case of a missed payment or any incidentals. Deposits are returned within 45 days of cancellation.
Can I purchase a Day Pass if I am not a member?
Can I bring outside food?
Outside food and beverage is not permitted in the gallery or other shared areas of the House. Please do not arrange for delivery of food and beverage to the House.
