Following an advance screening of Netflix’s A Tale of Two Kitchens, renowned chef and restauranteur Gabriela Cámara joined us for an in-depth discussion around process, community, and her new cookbook, My Mexico City Kitchen: Recipes and Convictions. The book, inspired by the flavor, ingredients and flair of Mexico City, is Cámara’s debut and offers a transportive look into the rich culture that infuses her vibrant food.

After the discussion, members were treated to an intimate dinner comprised of recipes from My Mexico City Kitchen, alongside the chef herself.
